Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was under a memo agreement but i failed my last drug test which was my last onne, and i got my memo agreement revoked.
i was told my best option was to plead guilty and i get 6 more months to my probabtion, i have my court date next week which i will plead guilty and get the 6 months added.
the previous times i have gone i have never seen a judge its usually my attorny that goes in and i wait outside and i have gone in with the P.O just to sign paperwork. this was my first offense.
do you think they can drug test me right there on the spot
and if so is it mandatory i have to go to jail if i fail it next week at court? or can i get something other than jail?
