Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
mental disorder
in a psi trial, the defence attorney, prosecuter, and judge had information in the psi that would have exposed the defendant having ptsd and was on perscribed medications throughout the court procedure. they failed to investigate those facts but allowed subjective information that was not verified to be true beyond burden of reasonable doubt to get a 15yr conviction of that 17yr old.
is there grounds to get a new trial or reverse the judge ruling ?

I would need to see the PSI and the pleadings before giving you an answer.
