Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I met someone on a dating site (OkCupid) and received their phone number. I texted her, and the messages became sexual in nature. She sent several explicit photos, and I sent one of my penis. I received a text from the same number saying she was 15 and charges were being brought against me. What should I do?
