Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Methamphetamine

My husband in January was pulled over by officer Blanc. He refused the search to his vehicle, but the officer pulled out his dog and after ten minutes, the dog supposedly scratched at the door. He searched the vehicle and found methamphetamine under a gram, marijuana under an ounce, and a prohibited weapon. The weapon was brass knuckles which is actually a belt buckle that was still in the package as a belt buckle. Well, I bonded him out and a blue warrant came into affect. When he was being pulled over in January, he ran to his grandmothers so my car would not get taken away. About a half mile. Yesterday in court, they charged him with delivery 1-4 grams. He never delivered. I can admit my husband is a drug addict, but a drug dealer he is not. Johnson County has done this to many people, I don't want it happening to him. They should not be above the law. Ask anyone in Cleburne or Johnson County how crooked the cops are. Please someone tell me what to do, I can't do this alone.
