Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Minor in Consumption Ticketing
I was at a party Saturday night with my boyfriend at a private residence. Because of the noise levels the police were called and everyone at the party was issued a minor in consumption ticket except for one young man who was passed out. I was not in possession of any alcoholic beverages and was not intoxicated. I was given no breath or blood test to confirm I had consumed alcohol. I am 20 years old and a straight A student at UNT I have never been in any trouble. I am always the designated driver for everyone. What do I do to get this charge dismissed. I am currently working toward an MBA and want to work for the FBI. I really need this dismissed and not on my record.
