How long does a second offense of Minor in Possession of alcohol stay on someones record? Once the offense(s) is/are gone from their record is there any way they can be found by a background search?

The record of the arrest and susequent disposition will never go away. Although generally not available to the public, the record will always be available to government and law enforcement authorities.
