Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am a minor at the time but I assist an acquaintance who's also a minor move away from home could I be charged with breaking and entering if the acquaintance was the one who broke in and allowed me in?

Yes. You knew that the person did not have permission to enter thus the person could not give you permission to enter.
