Minor-possession of tobacco on a school property
My son, minor, was caught smoking one night on the playground of a school. Should he plead guilty or no contest ?

Hello there,
You should consult with an attorney in your area before making any decisions. I would give more advice but I don't have enough facts to give you an answer.
What I can tell you is that a no contest plea is essentially the same thing as a guilty plea. It is considered a defacto guilty plea.
