Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I got an MIP, requested an extension and got denied. They now say my case has been revoked and my drivers license is now suspended. My case is now in warrant status because my community service hours and fines were never paid. What is my next step in order to take care of this? Is there anyway I could possibly fight the revocation?

Contact the court to see what needs to be done. Frankly, you would do yourself best to hire a lawyer who handles those types of cases to see if there is any way possible to let you finish the deferred disposition. I do not hold high hopes but if you have an excellent excuse and you don't wait until you are arrested, you better your chances.

There is no way to "fight" revocation. You joined in a contract with the court and you broke the contract. You have no right to alter the terms (i.e. extension.)
