Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Hi,

I got a citation

for sophlifting an item that was less then

$20. It was actually like $1.99. Luckily the

store didn't press charges on me. I was

wondering what would happen at court. I

also have a prior case still pending for

assult, and possesion of a prohibited

weapon.
