misd. criminal court case and lawyer fee
I hired a lawyer to represent me for 2500.00..I have been reset twice only and now he wants 1500.00 more...should I pay or hire another attoney?

What was the agreement between you and the lawyer? Is there a written contract? Did the lawyer quote you a flat fee or did they quote a hourly rate? If it was $2,500 flat fee for representation, then you don't owe anymore for attorney fees. However, if it was a hourly rate, then your lawyer might have used up the $2,500 already. Another question is what is the $1,500 for? Is it for medical recoords, to hire an expert or is it for attorney fees? I can't answer your question without knowing the answers to these questions.
