Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Misdeameanor Assault
I have a conviction of misdeameanor assault on a family member. At the time I did not consult with an attorney and plead guilty. I was not aware that it would affect me in getting jobs. I need to know if I can have it overturned.

Re: Misdeameanor Assault
If you plead, there is nothing you can do. Some courts don't even let you appeal it.
