Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Can a class c assult be pardon or expunged. I had a cat fight about 3yrs ago. I never had a record my whole life I feel this would destroy my chances in the medical career I'm currently studying for. I know I made a bad decison but I really did try to avoid the promblem it just didn't turn out that way. Any advice please.

Based on what you have written and dependent upon the ultimate result of the allegations, you may or may not be eligible for an expungment. As for the eligibility of a pardon, anyone can request the Governor to pardon them. There may be other potential options available to you, but those options would be case specific.
