Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I got a misdemeanor charge for theft 500-1500 I'm tx. They gave me 2 yrs. Probation, 80 hrs community service, 1200.00 fine. When they transferred my case from one county to another they said I skipped 2 mths and filed a motion to revoke on me. When i went in to my monthly probation appt they arrested me. After I bailed out they said I had to go back to court. What can happen to me now and I did go to those appts but I have no proof, how can I keep from getting MTR?

Did you pay fees when you went? There are always fees every time you go and if you paid then you will have proof. You need to hire a lawyer to guide you.
