A Class A Misdemeanor is the highest category of misdemeanor. It is punishable by a fine not to exceed $4000.00, confinement in jail not to exceed one year, or both.

Re: Misdemeanor class a
Based on what you have written, a class A misdemeanor is the highest misdemeanor offense under the Texas Penal Code. You should seek the assistance of a law firm to protect your son's rights and interests. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
