How can I get a misdemeanor dismissed if I am innocent?

Get a lawyer. The law is a complicated and confusing entity. It is why good lawyers have been to law school, CLE and amassed years of experience. If you are not going to hire a lawyer, or get a court-appointed one, then you have to go to the law library and start studying.
