Misdemeanor Expundged
In Texas how do you get a misdemeanor expundged and what is the window to do so?

You must file a civil lawsuit against every law enforcement agency,Sheriff's Department in the particular county where the offense occurred, the District Attorney or County Attorey's office, District Clerk or County Clerk (all depending on the county), possibly the local probation department, the Department of public service, and the FBI, and the statute of limitations must have run before the filing of the lawsuit.
