Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Misdemeanor filed wrong
I always thought that lawyer pled down the class a to class c, was standing thier with lawyer and judge when it was decided. I did a background check on myself and it doesnt say Class C it says Class A. Is there anything I can do or Should I do anything?

If it was a plea, then you signed it. Get a certified copy of the judgement from the clerk's office. If it reflects a Class C misdemeanor, then take it to the various agencies (and companies) involved to correct the recitation.
