Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How can I get a misdemeanor removed from my record? I am unable to get a job because of the misdemeanor. I was not able to afford an attorney at the time to fight the charge of disorderly conduct.

If you were convicted of it, you cannot get that removed from your record. If you took a deffered for the class C, you would be able to get that expunged.
