Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had a misdemeanor in Texas for stealing a thing in a market and I was forgiven because I was in the jail for 3 days, but I wanna go to new york, my question is, when applying for a job I had I have to put a misdemeanor in Texas or not?

You were not "forgiven". You received a final conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude. If you apply for a job that runs a criminal history on you, they will find the conviction.
