Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Misdemeanor Theaft
This is my first offense. 2 of my friends stole from target. Initialy i wasnt arrested, but i was later arrested because i walked into and out of the store with them. I didnt steal anything. I dont know what to do. What is the judge going to say?
