i wont to try to get a misdimenor esponge theft case its stopin me from gettin many jobs it happen about 7 years ago

You can only expunge it if it was dismissed. You can petition the court for nondisclosure if you completed a deferred adjudication probation. If you received a final conviction, it will remain on your record for life.
Based on what you have written, unless the theft was dismissed you will not be eligible for expunction. You may qualify for a non-disclosure is you were given and completed deferred adjudication which resulted in your case being dismissed on motion by the DA's office.
