Misrepresentation of identification
Hi my name is--name removed--the other night I was in downtown fortworth and I was using my brothers ID who looks exactly like me it got taken up and I got a citation for misrepresentation of Identification and I want to know how much the ticket is going to cost me and if there is anything that I can do so that it doesn't go on my record. Depending on the judge, you may be allowed to ask for deferred adjudication. While this does not keep it off your record, it will allow you to have the reocord sealed. What day was this?
