Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Missed Court date
I need help badly. My ex wife filed a enforcement of child support against me. I went do to the court house and filed for extention on the court date because i was with out legal couns. I was put in the hospital for 5 weeks starting in jan 29 and was released march 6th. Now there is a warrent for missing court. and i can't afford to go to jail. Can someon Pleae help me on this matter.
