missing court date
I was in the hospital for 5 1/2 weeks. and i missed my court date. now there is a warrent out for my arrest. is there a way i can avoid going to jail ? i am sick of hidding from the Deputy who is trying to pick me up. and how long am i looking at spending in jail if i turn myself in?

Based on what you have written, it is unclear if you would do any time in jail for turning yourself into the police. Generally, doing time pursuant to a warrant depends upon the basis for the warrant and the criminal allegations.
