Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was molested by my moms boyfriend, my sisters father, 25 years ago. I have not told anyone until recently. I am now seeing psychological effects from it. I have sever depression and being medicated but they only do so much. I am seeking a psychologist. I am TERRIFIED to leave my two daughters with ANY man. What can I do? This happend in texas when I was 5 I now reside in michigan.

There is nothing that you can do in prosecuting this person but you can notify the authorities where this man lives in the event that have their eye on him (and you could help as a punishment witness.)
You need to find someone to counsel with you, and perhaps help you with medication. You are not wrong to be cautious with your daughter BUT, you do not want to cause problems with your relation with your daughters because of your potentially over reactions.
