Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I was molested 4 to 5 years ago and I know who did it can I send him to jail or file charges? He was also molested twice if that matters. Im in Texas. We were both under the age of 16.

Charges can be filed when a complainant (victim) is under 17 until the time they turn 28.
