Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My mom cosigned on a vehicle for me last year. I had zero credit and couldnt get financed on my own. Now there is some conflict in the household and i want to move to a different city... 2 hrs from where i reside with my parents now and she has told me if i move i am not taking MY car and she is selling it. Can she legally do this? if i do move and just take the car with me can she report it stolen or will i be penalized for taking the car i pay for? I have made EVERY payment on MY car on time and am in VERY good standings with the finance company. Will it be an issue if i just move to better myself and take my car?

Criminally, you are talking about unauthorized use of vehicle or theft of a vehicle. If your name is on the title, then you have the right to use the vehicle. You should see about getting your mother off the loan.
