jail time served? Where can the form

Re: monetary credit for jail time served
Only the Judge at the time of sentencing can give you monetary credit for any jail time you have served. I suggest you contact the attorney who represented you in the matter to get their help. Otherwise, you will need to appear in court try to get the judge to give you the credit.
