Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello, about a month ago I got arrested for evading arrest with vehicle so my offense is evading arrest third degree however this is my very first no history other then traffic tickets So I'm wondering what will happen when i go to court?

Hire a lawyer. You could get from some kind of diversionary program all the way to prison time. Depends on the facts, cop's attitude, ADA's attitude, court, etc.
