Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Motion to make court start taking actions
What motion needs to be filed in order to make the court start taking actions?
There is a motion which is called ''motion for a speedy trial'', but that's not the motion we're looking for. My husband has had his ''petition for judical review'' in the court since Febuary and there has not been a hearing, nothing, but it's filed. So he needs to file a motion inorder to make them come on with it....
Many thanks for your assistence!
