Motion to provoke probation on drug charges
My son is in jail for Motion to Provoke Probation. He was on deferred adjudication and stopped going to probation officer. he was then put on work release and stopped going to that. Originally the charge was for 1 - 4 grams of cocaine. What do you think he will get?

The answer will be resolved by negotiations between his court-appointed attorney, and the ADA. It is impossible for anyone else to speculate on the result.
