Hi
What is a motion to reconsider mean once you have been sentenced? And how do you qualify for house arrest/ankle monitor?

A motion to reconsider requests that the reconsider a decision he or she has already made. It can be used in many different contexts. At the sentencing hearing the judge will order house arrest if he or she finds it necessary.
