Motoins for time served
What is the Motion that has to be filed for an immate serving federal time to get back their TDC time already served and how would they go about doing it?

it's a motion to modify or correct sentence. you need documentation of the time spent, and the time credited, and the reason why you think you should get credit for the state time. the federal rule is that you can get credit on only one sentence at a time, so you have to convince the court that should not be applied in your case.
