chase and terrorize someone? Well, reckless driving, following too close, speeding, unsafe lane change, and failure to maintain a single lane or some of the motor vehicle laws that come to mind.

As far as normal laws that come to mind, maybe terroristic threat, stalking, maybe harassment, reckless endangerment, etc.

There are tons of crimes out there. If you feel that you have been the victim of a crime, contact the authorities.

I agree with Mr. Tuthill, and want to add that a creative prosecutor might use the assault statutes, since a motor vehicle can be used as a deadly weapon.
