Re: Moving out of state while on felony probation
Not, without requesting from the court to move, and being granted the opportunity from the state of Oklahoma. Each state must accept the transfer of a someone on probation first. You must make applicaton with oklahoma through your probation department, before you will move out of state. If you finish the 240 hours of community service, you may be eligible to petition the court to early terminate your probation.
