Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Multiple offense different states
I have a DUI VOP in Florida and just recently recieved a DWI in Texas. I was curious if there was any way to run both cases concurrently as the reason I have never been able to take care of the first one because I no longer live there.

First, I don't know what 'VOP' means under Florida law.
You will have to get both cases resolved. I am surprised that there was not an FTA hold on you when you got the Texas DWI.
You will need to both a Florida lawyer and a Texas lawyer, to see if the cases can run concurrently. Without knowing the facts in both cases, it is impossible to predict an outcome.
