Murder? or Over dose?
I think my father was murdered and i
want to know how to go about proving
it if i can.

It sounds as if you may need a sympathetic police detective, or hire an investigator. I am sorry for your loss, but do not think that an attorney is your best avenue for assistance.
In order to prove murder, a prosecuting attorney will have to prove all of the elements of the offense -- which you can find (online) in the Texas Penal Code Title 5, Chapter 19.
