Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Nolle Pros Texas

I completed a deferment program after being arrested for DV-Battery - misdemeanor in 2000 in another state. Another charge was later added - since another person was involved - Battery - Bodily Harm - but after completing the probation and deferment - there is no record of the original compliant and only on the added charge that states Nolle Pros, which they apparently added to the original charge. my question what would I answer to this: Have you been convicted, adjudged guilty by a court, plead guilty, no contest or no contendere to any crime in any state, territory, or country, whether or not the sentence was imposed...this includes expunged offenses and deferred adjudications with or without prejudice of guilt.
