Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Non disclosure
I wanted to file a non-disclosure plea with the court and wanted to know which form was the best suit me? If it helps it, was a misdemeanor theft under $1000 and that's the only offense that is on my record.

You can research this issue at your county law library, but your better choice would be to have it filed and processed by an attorney.
