Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
non-discloser
i was wondering, i was on probation for theft, 500 - 1500, my probation officer told me there was a non-discloser which made it invisible on a background check, except for government type agencies. i would like to know what it is called and how togo about getting it. -thanks

Re: non-discloser
This applies to successful completion of a deferred adjudication. If you received deferred speak with an attorney about filing a petition for nondisclosure.
