What is the normal sentence for misdemeanor A crimes, as well as misdemeanor B's?

This depends upon the crime. Possession of Marijuana sentences are different from Assaults or Thefts. This also depends upon where the sentencing is happening as each area has different concerns. Short answer, there is no normal sentence. However it is unusual for a sentence to hit the maximum range of punishment
