Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
how can i obtain a motion for time served. I went to jail for public intoxication. i didnt go sign off on it to get time served and now i have a warrant. so the question i have is can i get the warrant lifted and get time served for the warrant

You will have to post a bond and appear in court on both the failure to appear and the public intoxication.
