Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Obtaining Court documents
I am in the process of applying to the US Peace Corps, and the organization notified me last night that I have until February 11th to furnish them with a copy of the notice of final disposition regarding my arrest in County Court 2 (which was not expunged)
I am in college in Louisana, thus I just don't think I have enough time to get the documents. But if I don't, my application will be rejected.
I'm desperate for help.
Can you give me advice about how I can get this document before Wednesday?

Re: Obtaining Court documents
Either hire a lawyer to go to the courthouse and get it for you and overnight it, or call the clerk and ask them to send it to you asap, and hope you get it in time.
