Re: First Offense Of theft

Hire an attorney to represent you since this is a crime of moral turpritude, and if it is not handled properly could be on your record for the rest of your life.

Hello there,

If this is for a theft under fifty dollars you should have received a citation telling you to appear before a Justice of the Peace or a municipal court.

Still, you should hire an attorney to take care of this so it doesn't appear on your record. An attorney should be able to be able to suspend your sentence of guilt so you will not have a conviction.

If my office can be of any assistance feel free to contact us. We work state wide. 9035939100

I agree with Mr. Platten and Mr. Armstrong, and want to add that if you are not a US citizen, even a deferred will affect your immigration status.
