Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was an office manager for a primary care office and was given a debit card to use to pay bills and purchase office supplies and items for the office. Now the physician is claiming he did not authorize some of the charges even though he has all the reciepts at this office for the transactions. Can he file charges on me?

He can contact police and ask them to investigate and present the case to a prosecutor who can accept charges for theft and / or debit/credit card abuse.
I hope you have copies of all of the receipts.
