Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was a officer at an correctional facility and I was accused of "securing implements for escape f3" last year and arrested. I have been out on bond for a year and have to wear a GPS device and I dont have a court date yet. My court appointed attorney told me it might be three years before they decide to send my paperwork to the court house. I am also African american and the inmate involved in the incident is affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood. I was in jail for six days and my name and picture was placed in the local newspaper. I was set up by someone in the jail. I dont know if it was inmates or an officer. I am in fear of my life everyday and I am afraid to talk to anyone. What should I do and who can I talk to outside of where I was arrested. And do I have the right to sue them from wrongfully arresting me? I lost my license and have been out of work ever since. Thank u

If you are in such fear you should not be posting on websites like this.

Talk with your lawyer about your concerns.

No, you do not have the right to sue them. It appears that they have some evidence that you committed the offense.
