Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If an officer pulls me over stating that a taillight is busted and i know that the tail light is in good condition..would a following search an discovery of a misdemnor amount marijuana be dismissable in court if i come up with the paperwork that says the car was fine

If the stop is bad, then the search is bad. If you have enough info to convince a judge that the cop was lying, then yes, your case may be "dismissible."
