Opening mail in the workplace
Is it a federal/state crime to open all mail sent to your employers address even if addressed to an employee?

You will probably need to be more specific. It will likely depend upon the job description of the person opening the mail, the employment contracts of the persons employed, and the specific situation that led to this question. If there is a criminal charge looming in the background, my advice is do not discuss this any further, except in the confidential office of a lawyer.
