Re: Options

Hello there,

The attempt to obtain the drugs by fraud is a State Jail Felony Case.

State Jail Felony's are punishable anywhere from 180 days to 2 years and up to a $10,000 fine in a State Jail Facility.

If you have not been convicted of a felony you are eligible for probation. However, you need to hire an attorney to evaluate the State's evidence to see if they can prove the case.

Sincerely,
